ITSM Problem Management KPI

I have been wondering what could be good KPI for problem management. Currently I am using a few ones, like number of high priority ones, time for root cause, services most impacted, number of closed by month, and aggravating factors.
However maybe practitioners are using others, others which I am not recalling, or even KPI I never thought of.
So, this is could be a spot for a quick discussion about KPI for PM!
