So lately I've been streaming The Binding of Isaac and Risk of Rain. Neither of these really focus on the story although it is there. These games focus more around the encounters and stuff.

Now I'm normally a story focused guy, but I love playing these games. I then got on to thinking about DnD and what is more important for fun there?

So if you guys could give some input on which you feel is more important for you, what games you feel are good because they excel in these places and what is more important for you in DnD. I'd love to here everyone's opinion and see if I'm the odd one out!
