After a month long process of interviewing with a corporation, being told an offer was finally incoming, the senior leadership decided to postpone the position at the 1 yard line.
Thankfully, I'm seasoned enough to not count my chickens before they've hatched. I had not given notice to my current employer. That being said, feeling a bit crushed.
The job was going to take me from working Deskside and shift over to Infrastructure. Finding it hard to get back on the horse and apply elsewhere after such an emotional rollercoaster from acceptance to rejection, all within 24 hours.
Has anyone else been through a similar experience while searching for career advancing jobs?
