Istanbulkart not giving discount when transferring

I arrived here on Saturday and bought an Istanbulkart. It's my second visit here, I'm staying close to Taksim Square and regularly transfer between M2, F1 & T1 usually within a short time. The card is charging me 9.9TL every time I tap, where I'm sure that last time I came each transfer got progressively cheaper. Is anyone else having this issue, and any idea what I can do about it? I know it's not a lot of money, but it's my money and it'll sure add up over the next 10 days.
