I keep aquariums and houseplants as well as some ongoing jarrariums however, I have never attempted to keep isopods specifically. As I am in the Pacific Northwest I want to know exactly how to keep them nice and toasty so I can watch these adorable little guys for years!
I have a terrarium that was once used for a leopard gecko as well as a few of those tiny plastic “bug habitats” you get as a kid. I think there is a red light and warming rock with the terrarium but I don’t know what to do about humidity. On another note, how many would I want to purchase at once to develop a stable breeding colony?
Any help is appreciated!
