Goat meat from a small farm

I apologise in advance I'm not too knowledgeable about Islam but I have a small farm where we are going to raise goats soon. Would the local Muslim population be interested in buying locally raised goat from a small farm? How often do you eat it, just for holidays or frequently? It would be butchered at a separate location, and ensure it was done separate from pork.
