IIN to not be able to hold your arms up for more than a minute

They start to really hurt and then I need a few seconds to recover when I put them down. It's only a noticeable issue when I'm trying to do my hair. I was trying to learn a french braid just now and genuinely couldn't do it because my arms start hurting almost as soon as I start.
