Post Body

Excuse my language first, English isn't my first language so you guys may see some typos or grammar issues.

I've been living in the housing tenant for 5 years. They increased $250 this year on Jan. 1st. 22'. They gave me notice today in this morning that they will raise the rent fee of $300 on Jan. 1st 23'.

As I see the record this house was built in 1996, and it has been there for 26 years. They used to call the gardener twice every month but they stopped it somehow since last year October. Whenever we had issues, they didn't fix them right away. The price of rent is very generous but somehow, raising the rent fee once every year seems a bit much.

It seems it is legal to raise it once every year, but raising a total of 550 this year and starting from next January seems much of a bit.

If you can give me some tips or solutions, I would appreciate it a lot.
