So I've been debating jumping into raids for a while now, but feel like I keep trying to over-prepare since I don't want to be a burden on team mates. I have the following gear already:
- Trident
- Whip
- Zammy Hasta
- DWH
- Blowpipe
- Dragon Pick
- Suffering/Anguish/Torture/Torment
I'm still missing a Magic Fang and Occult, and obviously no Lance. I'm currently farming Cerb, but haven't gotten the crystals yet. All I have so far are the Eternal Boots. These are my stats right now.
Am I ready to jump into CoX with what I have? And I've heard mention of We Do Raids, is that the way to go to learn? It seems like most groups on there do splits on drops, which would most likely mean no Irons. Is that discord still the way to go to learn for Irons anyways? Would it be viable to learn right off the bat with solos? I've done raiding in games like FFXIV and all that, so I know how much of a pain it can be to deal with someone new on fights, so I'm just trying to do what I can to be as prepared as possible and go about this the right way.
