People randomly left on various waves constantly, even queen wave. I was able to get replacements quickly by resetting to wave 1 and advertising again.
I noticed people waited the longest if they were unwilling to make a group themselves or be flexible in their role.

I got level 5 all roles with Randoms in 1 day. Torso only took maybe 90 minutes.
