Guinness & Jameson in one day?

Visiting Dublin and wanting to do the Guinness tour and Jameson tour while there. Based on scheduling, it would work best to do these both in the same day - Guinness at 2:00, Jameson at 5:00.
Question is: Is that a recipe for disaster? I understand that the alcohol consumption is within our control and a choice but not sure how free form the tours are and how easy it is to have too much… thoughts?
