Keep saving for house or start pension? 24 year man
Post Body

Hi,

I'm a 24 old guy, currently with 35,000 euro in savings.

No debt, or car payments or anything like this.

I'm on 47,000 euro base salary with 52k on call (5k per year) my monthly salary is around 3200 euro a month

My expenses are around 350-400 a month.

Currently don't pay rent since my family own the house and don't charge me rent and never have. My 350-400 expenses include bills [electricity and Internet etc]

My goal would be eventually get a property / mortgage. But I'm single and I'm worried going for a mortgage with 1 person is significantly harder in which case I've not opened a pension.

I don't know if I see myself getting a partner in future, dating apps have been horrendous for me so I'm thinking realistically I'm probably going to be going solo on this stuff for the future.

I understand my situation is very good and I'm in a very lucky position to be In, I don't want to make mistakes and make sure I make somewhat of the right decision.

Question: In this situation should I start a pension or keep saving towards a house/property then start a pension? I don't know when I will try buy something but is It even realistic with 1 person?
