Looking to get a traditional Japanese sleeve. I live in Michigan and would like an artist in or near west Michigan. I do have tattoos on my are already that I am hoping to cover up if at all possible. Any and all comments welcomed. I don't even know if these can be covered just sick of seeing them and want something to be proud of.
