My father's been driving all his life as his career (over 40 years, no serious accidents), he's a licence for every 4 wheeled vehicle on the road, not a novice, recently the left bumper indicators bulb on the tipper lorry went but work was badly needed done and he'd no free time to change it, being he works out in the countryside and goes through a few small villages and towns, simple roads, nothing to worry about just have to remember you don't have the left front indicator.
Anyways he gets to a T-junction (he's joining onto the road) he puts on the left indicator nothing coming to his right pulls out and before he has time to turn the indicators off a car coming the opposite way flashes his lights and beeps the horn like mad. Father winds down the window..."I SUPPOSE YOU KNOW YOUR INDICATORS OUT" "...yea" "WELL YOU SHOULDN'T BE FUCKING DRIVING THAT THING AT ALL!!" He was furious.
He obviously saw the large door indicator that sticks out so he can't say he didn't know and he doesn't need to see the indicator anyways, he's in the other lane.
So would you be as furious? I found it hilarious someone could get so mad over nothing, and I'm wondering if that's getting more common nowadays.
