Tom Hunt Adverts: Who is Christopher Adam Chambers?

I've often had promotional posts on facebook about how amazing Tom Hunt has been as an MP.. They're paid for by Christopher Adam Chambers.
In the current climate, It's important to know what kind of relationship an MP has with other people, and yet beyond the name, I can't find out about this person.
Tom Hunt isn't actually my MP, but if he is, it might be useful to write to him and ask, or respond to the posts themselves.
