Can I leave an iPhone on the MagSafe charger or should I consider this charging method like the rest and remove it when it charges to 80%?

I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max / iOS 15.1.1
After using this charger for some weeks on some sort of stand on my desk, I come to the conclusion that it’s easier for me to have my iPhone on that location at all times, regardless of it needing to be charged. Does the software consider MagSafe differently and will stop charging when it sees fit or should I be mindful of the 80% mark?
