Transferring files from iPhone to Windows keeps renaming my files?

Whilst trying to transfer some TV series from my iPhone to my laptop, all the file names are changing.

I'm using the method of:

Downloading them into Files on the iPhone
Saving them to the camera roll
Plugging iPhone in to windows computer and using the Photos app to transfer to laptop.

Somewhere along the way they are being renamed to a random name like "DGF291FD" and the only way to differentiate episodes in the series' is by looking at the video duration and cross referencing with the files I just copied (cant use file size as they seem to be different due to compression or whatever).

Id rather not have to do this, is there a fix?
