Ill try to sum up the key points:

I gave my Iphone 6 to my sister overseas. She did a factory reset and now its activation locked. I dont remember the Appleid email used with the phone.

HOWEVER: i DID buy the phone directly from apples website, but it was in September 2015. There is no order history past 18 months.

BUT! I was able to download a september 2015 estatement from my Credit card used to buy the phone and it has a reference no.

Is this enough for a proof of purchase? If so, where do i go from here? Do I print off the estatement? Can I just call somewhere or email?
