Not sure if this is right place to post but I have been reading a lot on here lately and jut wanted to post another positive thing. Maybe someone debating to switch from Android will read this and help make the decision.

Last Sunday I went and bought a iPhone Xs and still not sure if I want to keep it. Giving it a trial run. Today I had to go to the are where my closest apple store is and thought I might as well have my battery replaced in my old iPhone 6s in case I decided to return the Xs or sell the 6s.

While I was waiting for the employee to grab my phone, the teenager next to me had a broken (out of warranty) iPhone 6s screen to be replaced. After being explained everything she agreed and they told her to come back in an hour. They then helped me and told me to come back in an hour.

Hour goes by and while I was waiting to grab my iPhone the teenager was next to me getting hers. I over heard the employee that after installing the screen and running diagnostics they found the phone will not use a new screen. At this point the employee called my name and I went to them while trying to hear what happen with the teenager. Mainly because I figured Apple was going to tell her there was nothing they can do or it was going to cost her more money. If I found out that was the case I was going to offer her and her mom my iPhone 6s for free and just keep my Xs.

I noticed they were unpacking a new iPhone and I asked the guy helping me what was happening and he told me that her phone failed after the install of a new screen. They could not detect miss use or water damage so they are going to give her a new iPhone for the cost of the screen replacement.

I still have not decided if I am going to keep my iPhone Xs or use the 6s for another year yet but I will say as a whole that really makes me like Apple a lot more and harder to leave them.
