iPhone Manager (looking for an alternate to iTools)

Hey all, I'm currently looking for a new organizer for my iDevices. I'm currently using the latest version of iTools and I'm loving the program since 2 years back. Although it's beginning to show it's age as newer iOS's and iPhones make their debut. I wanted to receive community inputs on a new alternative to iTools. I mostly play with apps and their document folders but would also like access to the filesystem of a jailbroken phone and photos. iTools freely allows me to do what I want with my phone.

Anyone got an alternative they can suggest? Thanks!
