Looking for a photo/sharing app with the following

Hi everyone, normally I use instagram for my photowalks but I feel guilty about spamming my feed with photos as friends/family rly don't care. But I like that with Instagram I can quickly share to tumblr which is where my photowalk blog is without having to save the image, upload it to the blog, etc.

So I'm looking for an app which has:

A modest amount of filters/options
Options to share/upload to tumblr (mandatory), twitter and facebook too
Willing to pay a few bucks for it if necessary just for the convenience
