No signal problem

Got my iPhone XR screen fixed as I had dropped it and front screen smashed at around 3:00pm then got it fixed around 4 and it was normal and ok working until 12:00am it now say no signal no matter what I do and there seems to be other glitches with the phone like for example the camera is different and when I text it’s not as smooth as it used to be any advice?
