Weird neon sign ghosting

I upgraded this week from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 16 Pro and since its the most expensive phone I ever had, I decided to go to a place that applies glass camera protection. All good until yesterday I went to a wedding and wanted to get some pics with my husband in front of the photo corner with flowers and a neon sign.

My photos have this weird ghosting/doubleing of the neon text over my husband. All of them.

Tried taking the same pictures with my husband's iPhone 15 and our friend's iPhone 12 Pro and those look normal.

Any idea if this error is from the camera protection or could it be a bug of the new phone? 😫
