Paranoid about updating

Hello. I currently have an iPhone 4 that is running 5.0.1. I'm nervous about updating to 6.1.3 for a few reasons:

I don't want to lose my voicemail messages. I have a few old ones from a friend who recently passed away, and I don't know how to save them.
I don't want to lose all my progress in my apps. I have a few games (like Lego Harry Potter) that I'm really far in and I don't want my progress to be erased.
I don't know if it will delete all my photos or not. I don't know how to save them to my computer.
I have recently gotten a new computer because my old one just flat out died. I'm nervous about the whole erasing and syncing thing.

I probably seem really stupid. I'm sorry. I really could use some help, though!
