How many of y'all regularly use your iPhones with Low Power Mode enabled and why?

I'm curious if people actually manually enable Low Power Mode to potentially get a longer battery life per charge and if there are any real differences

I recently discovered the importance of low power mode when I couldn’t last a full day at work on a single charge. I don’t have the ability to plug my phone in anymore. So now I have to wirelessly charge my phone. Low power mode allows me to make it home on my commute.
