iPhone X stuck on reboot screen

Hi all,
So my iPhone is stuck in reboot screen (with the logo.) It turns on and off but it only shows the apple logo on the screen.
We tried to update the system thru Finder on my macbook but after the installation, it says it's unable to update and gave an error something like (2015) and (2008)
Any ideas what could be the problem?
