So I have been using my iPhone 7 S for a long time, it’s always been great although it overheats sometimes. I dropped it today while charging and it fell face down and ever since then it keeps restarting and shutting down randomly. I can’t do any task without it freezing for a second then restarting again.
I can’t afford to lose the data on this phone so I’m thinking to take it to a phone shop, can this problem be solved? ðŸ˜
Edit: It’s iPhone 7 Plus, we call it 7 S around here so it kinda stuck to my subconscious
Update: I took it to the repair shop, he adjusted the battery and now it’s working just fine.
7S?
