Iphone was stolen internationally. They changed my Apple ID. They changed my gmail password/google. They changed my FB password. They went into my whatsapp and asked contacts for money. Every re-set goes through my emails or phone number, both of which they controlled for 30 hours. I had a family member go get a new phone in the US in my number and name, but we are still not receiving any reset texts for anything, even though it says it should be going to my number, which he now has a phone of. Google says they can do nothing. Apple was worthless. I was actively watching app after app of mine be compromised in real time with the Apple rep on the phone and she said "there's nothing we can do. we cannot turn it off. there is no human who oversees this".

I was shocked. What is the point of all of this security if they cannot stop criminals from actively emtpying my bank accounts and holding all of my emails??!!? Is it possible they had the re-set phone texts sent to a different number that isn't being alerted to me? They got about 1,000 from me, but mainly I just want my emails back for work. This seems a major hole in apple's security. It seems frankly pathetic and I will unlikely use these products like this in the future. I thought they were better. Any thoughts?
