A few days ago I was suddenly unable to send it receive any pics or videos. It shows me something that looks like I need to click to download but nothing happens when I do. I was looking around for a few days for a solution and have found nothing. But I did notice that my iCloud storage is full at the 5gb and showing I’m not on the family plan anymore. When I look at my husbands phone it says I am on it. I’m not sure if this will solve the problem of the pictures and videos or not but I’m hoping. I just have no clue what to do since his says I’m already on it.

On my phone in family sharing it says I’m connected to him, but nothing shows iCloud .
