Which "used" iPad should I buy?

Given all of the following "used but like new" iPads have the same price, which one should I buy?
- iPad Air 5th gen Wifi 64GB
- iPad Pro 2020 wifi 128 Gb
- iPad Air 4th Gen wifi 256GB
I will mainly use the iPad for school (reviewing lecture materials, annotating journals, taking down notes, etc.). I may also use this for streaming and may download movies from time to time. I'm not sure if 64Gb will suffice since I never had an iPad.
