Are older iPads worth it?

Hello /iPad,
i would like to get an iPad (duh), and my question is what model i should go for. I want to use it for Netflix, YouTube, Twitch and reading Books. No gaming or Work stuff. Not an iPad mini or a Pro just a classic iPad. I would like to get an older model for pricing reasons, are they still viable and if yes, which one?
