Best PDF reader to read long articles with small font?

Hi,
I have iPad Air and would like to read on it PDF files that are long and font is small to use in portrait and without zoom in iBooks.
When I use horizontal, and zoom the page to fit the screen, then all is well and good. But iBooks doesn't handle well scrolling and switching pages.
Could you recommend PDF reader app that would suit my needs? I don't mind paying.
