iPad Pro (2018) Keyboard recs?

Hey there!
I just bought the iPad Pro (11inch 2018 1st gen) from a friend of mine and am now looking for good keyboards to get.
I dedinitely want one that connects instantly and doesn't take long pairing. It should also be somewhat thin maybe even be a case as well but prreferably detachable.
I don't want to get the Original Apple Keyboard cause it's like 300$.
