Audio delay with Bluetooth

Are there any Bluetooth headphones available that do not have a delay when playing games?

I’m looking at upgrading from an iPad mini 5, which has a headphone jack, to an iPad Pro 12.9 3rd Gen... which doesn’t.

I’ve got a pair of plantronic backbeat pro 2 which I use a mix of Bluetooth and cable depending on what I’m doing, usually Bluetooth for video and cable for games and audio (GarageBand).

Yes I could use an adaptor from USB C to 3.5mm but if there’s a viable Bluetooth option I’m keen to explore it.
