How can I turn off the annoying post typing auto correction?

iOS 13 has an annoying habit of correcting words that I’ve previously typed (and moved on from) into something which makes absolutely no sense.

Here’s one that happened recently:

With
With much
With much luck
With much duck you

As you can see, “luck” was incorrectly changed to “duck” when I finished typing “you”.

Here’s another example which happened today:

Does
Does anyone
Does anyone else
Does anyone rose have

Here “else” was incorrectly changed to “rose” when i finished typing “have”.

How can i turn off this incredibly annoying feature? Neither “auto correction” or “predictive” stop this.
