I have the Sleep focus turn on automatically every night. Last night around 3 AM I got woken up by my realtor answering a text I sent her yesterday.

I don't have my realtor in my allowed contacts in Sleep focus, but I do have the Messages app in my allowed apps, because I thought that I needed to do that in order to receive messages from my allowed contacts.

But is that not how it works and by adding the Messages app, I'm effectively allowing all notifications coming through Messages from anyone even if they're not in my allowed contacts for the Sleep focus?

In other words: I only want my immediate family to be able to reach me when Sleep focus is on, those people are already in my allowed people in the Sleep focus settings. Will that still work if I remove the Messages app from the allowed apps?
