Soo, I bought the 15PM a week ago, installed 17.3.1 through my MacBook (not OTA) and the battery drain issue still exists. I thought I’d get a day and a half and I come up with 4 hours on screen and 7 hours in the background. Anyway, I think it is a 17.3.1 issue, BUT today I was listening to music via Apple Music with my AirPods, made a phone call through Siri, and suddenly phone screen went black, phone turned off, took about 30 seconds to reboot and my AirPods went through a cycle of transparency and noise isolation till they disconnected. I’ve read about the kernel panic issue however I’m thinking of returning it and having it replaced as part of the DOA policy of the EU. What do you think? Should I be concerned or it has happened to others ?
