Do iCloud backup restore everything?

I want to reset my phone but I don’t know what information are saved. So I want to know if every information are saved in an iCloud Backup, like settings, app (if i have to Manually download them back), background and Home Screen )how the app are displayed) and the different setting for the app, or if i have to setup again some of them ?
