I have some custom ringtones I've gotten through Patreon or other means, and I use them as both "text tones" and "ringtones" but with the newest ios it seems that I've lost the ability to use a "ringtone" as a "text tone"

So now all my custom ringtones only seem to be available for calls rather than any other notification noise. Is there something I'm missing here? Some way to input them so they show up as "text tones" instead? They are a text tone length, in terms of the runtime of the sound, so that shouldn't be the issue.
