Reminders: can't "Mark Completed" or "Remind me in 1 hour" from notifications?

I used this feature all the time in iOS 15. When a notification from Reminders popped up, I could long-press on it and be presented with a few options like those I mention in the title.
As far as I can tell, ever since upgrading to iOS 16, this isn't possible. I long press, but nothing happens. I feel like this same thing (of marking completed or reminding later) was possible in macOS notifications too but is now gone.
Am I crazy? Is there some way to get this back?
