Problems regarding Cordova CLI and Ionic
Post Body

Hello everyone,
so I found out about Ionic around two weeks ago and I decided to try to make a simple Android app with it. The main thing is, that I can't even get it to get installed correctly.

The main problem is the following:

$ node -v
v4.2.3

$ cordova -v
5.4.1

$ ionic info
Your system information:
Cordova CLI: Not installed
Ionic CLI Version: 1.7.12
Ionic App Lib Version: 0.6.5
OS:
Node Version: v4.2.3

******************************************************
Dependency warning - for the CLI to run correctly, it is highly suggested to install/upgrade the following:
Please install your Cordova CLI to version >=4.2.0 `npm install -g cordova`
******************************************************

I've tried multiple approaches and various tutorials because I thought I'm too dumb to get it installed. I tried reinstalling, clearing npm cache and various Cordova version several times but nothing has changed. The weird thing is, Cordova in itself works and I can create projects, but ionic just does not recognize the Cordova CLI, which causes several plugin errors if I want to create a project with ionic.
I would really appreciate it, if someone knows what is causing this problem and could give hints on how to solve this problem.
I've already wasted several hours across a few days on this problem and I don't want this problem to kill my motivation to try something new.
