GDA ops scaling rework idea

With the current scaling of GDA ops, they raise the difficulty at the same time as the rewards bonus, which makes it harder for most players to get rewards, and from a surface level feels like upgrading the op to downgrade the rewards, I understand the developers were trying to make the game have more replay value in that sense by forcing you to upgrade your team before upgrading an operation, but it feels slow and punishing to most players, so in my mind, to fix this issue of maintaining player time but also giving the players an easier time obtaining resources without feeling punished for doing so, raise the level cap of the operations a bunch while lowering the rewards bonus slightly, and have difficulty increase every 3-5 upgrades instead, that way players feel rewarded and the challenge/time management features are still intact
