Please help!!! Looking to invest around 100k a year and would like to know what options I should look at?

I’m 26 and want to invest heavy for the next 5 years. I need to know some options and routes to take. When I go in and talk to firms they just hit on me and I go all to crap and can’t focus. I’m looking for real help here guys
