Will buying stocks in a currency different than the local one have an impact on the ROI?
Post Body

I bought stocks from 6 different US companies using a foreign currency. It just occur to me that the original price of each stock is in USD. Basically when I bought them there was an exchange from my currency to USD before actually buying the stocks.

Let's say the stock price doesn't change at all but the USD gets stronger against my local currency. If this happens, am I still making a profit? And if the USD gets weaker, could I potentially lose money?
