So I just bought some NOK and was notified I will be charged ongoing ADR fees? What the heck is this?

Interactive brokers directed me to this link: http://ibkb.interactivebrokers.com/node/1185 but I do not understand exactly why I am being charged this fee. .01 - .03 cents per share per month!? That honestly seems outrageous... I wanted to go long NOK and now I am going to be stuck paying this fee. I did not expect this, what should I do here?

EDIT: Perhaps I misunderstood the wording on the page and it may not be per month, but once or twice a year as SOLUNAR stated. This would be more manageable, providing NOK can continue to rise:P
