Looking for helping dealing with Japanese Knotweed. See the below picture. Main issue is the knotweed is on our neighbors side of the fence, and we are not having any luck working with them on removal. Any suggestions on how to handle would be much appreciated, thank you!

Right. It won’t kill it. But if you keep it mowed, it won’t get out of check
