As an introvert, I know that while we're not all shy, many of us don't really like the prospect of talking to new people – even though it's a really important skill.
So a while back I made 30-Day Social Skills Workout Plan to get anyone to talk to strangers and I got tons of encouragement!
I put one together so if y’all want to give it a shot I’d be happy to share it with you. I don’t have the link on this post as I don’t want to break community rules. I also won't post directly because it is 21 pages long. It is something that I put some time into.
Anywho, anybody who wants it just let me know and lll send it your way!
I know there’s similar stuff out there like Day 1: Make eye contact. Day 2: Smile. Etc.
I took a different approach. The objective being how would you become someone YOU’D want to talk to while developing confidence and social skills foundations. In fact, you don’t actually start to talk to anybody until Day 18.
If you’ve had trouble in the past and want to try something a little different, lmk and hopefully this will help! :)
And if not - I hope you find what you’re looking for out there!
