The scam they did with me

To me they froze 100k without I requesting for it, and tried to force me to pay by card almost 11K, instead of taking this "fee" from the fake amount that the platform said I had (like all others apps and websites do).
In short, all money that I deposited there was lost because they froze everything and demanded me to pay for 10x more than the amount I put. It is a scam.
