Outside maybe the crypto space, it seems like it is harder and harder to find frontiers to go to. Also it seems hard to find nooks within systems to escape the bullshit that is our world. There are no salons (the 18th century variety), Masonic Halls (I have been interested but in between being a quasi atheist <leaving the idea of god up to interpretation, perhaps he is an idea more than an actual person>), Bell Labs, MIT Media Labs, Silicon Valleys, Cybernetic Culture Research Unit, collectives, or so on. There are hacker spaces, but this damn lockdown stuff has killed off many of them. Overall it seems hard to find the cutting edge when most things seem dull. Or it could be my general boredom talking.
On frontiers, as I said outside crypto it seems hit or miss. Space may be the next frontier, but I think it is still in it's infancy and outside SpaceX, many projects around this have been killed off. I just wish there was something reason and logic could be applied to besides just my insignificant projects. Maybe we are going to enter the dark age soon.
