Advice for defusing a toxic work environment?

Hi all, This has almost nothing to do with being an INTJ other than that I am an INTJ, dealing with emotive and extroverted type people, trying to figure out a way to express my feelings in a professional way that will be taken seriously.

Tomorrow I am having a forced lunch with my two bosses, we'll just call them Bonnie and Clyde. Bonnie I think is a decent human being here, albeit powerless in this situation because she is unable to attend meetings until she passes an intensive security course. Clyde on the other hand... I don't think she's aware that people are not robots.

So the background of this, without going into too many details, is that I work in a very toxic work environment. Some examples of this on a small level... Your boss will put words in your mouth, ignore your recommendations and make their own 100% of the time, demand that team members not work together to complete goals, hold people responsible for things that they do not have control over, etc. On a more serious level of drama, we had one team member who left because she had an ulcer, and another team member who admit to me two weeks ago that they've become an alcoholic in the last ten months of being on this project. To make matters worse, most if not all of us are on client site, and the client work environment is quite toxic as well, which is partially driving this drama.

So now I'm being forced to go to this "lunch" to provide feedback about how we can better the team cohesiveness. I am happy to provide feedback, because Bonnie is aware and interested in helping... While she's powerless now, she won't be always, and that's what I'm counting on. However, I have to live with Clyde for an indeterminate amount of time. Clyde and I do not get along. I realized a lot of my feedback ultimately came down to things someone can take as personal opinion or nitpicking, but since the entire team is feeling extremely stressed by the toxic environment, it isn't just a personal opinion any more.

Any suggestions on how to tell your boss, in a professional manner, that they're contributing to the toxicity of the team environment without having it passed off as a personal opinion?
